Steven Greer's initiative to end official secrecy around UFOs. Its landmark 2001 National Press Club event gathered military, intelligence, and government witnesses testifying on the record to encounters and recovered technology. Whatever one concludes about the claims, the Project pushed 'disclosure' into the mainstream vocabulary two decades before the Pentagon's own UAP admissions.
