What we collect, and what we don’t.
Written to be read rather than survived. Where something is genuinely undecided, this page says so.

This policy describes what FRQNCY collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived. Where something is genuinely uncertain — because a service is not yet live, or a decision is not yet made — it says so rather than covering the gap with boilerplate.
The short version. We collect an email address if you give us one, and the answers you type into My FRQNCY if you use it. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not run advertising trackers, and our analytics sets no cookies. You can have all of it deleted by asking.
Who we are
FRQNCY publishes frqncy.network. For anything in this policy, write to hello@frqncy.network and a human will answer.
What we collect, and why
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | Only when you submit it — the newsletter form, or one of the free-teaching pages | To send you what you asked for |
| Account details | If you create an account for the community layer | To sign you in and attach your posts to you |
| What you write in My FRQNCY | Only if you use it — including, if you choose to enter them, your birth date, time and place | To generate your chart and let the companion respond to your actual situation |
| Aggregate page views | Every visit | To see which pages are worth keeping. Cookieless, and not tied to you |
| Payment details | Only if you buy something | Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number |
We do not buy data about you, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
My FRQNCY, and the birth data question
My FRQNCY asks for your birth date, time and city so it can calculate a chart. That is sensitive information and we treat it that way.
- If you are not signed in, everything you enter stays in your own browser's storage. It never reaches us.
- If you do sign in, your profile is mirrored to our database so it follows you between devices. That mirror includes the birth details.
- When the companion answers you, a reduced version of your profile is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the reply. Some fields are deliberately never transmitted — notably what you said you are avoiding, and anything you listed as a trigger. Those stay on your side and the model is told only that they exist.
Clearing your browser data removes the local copy. If you have signed in and want the mirrored copy gone as well, ask us and we will delete it.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of services, each for one job:
- Supabase — stores subscribers, accounts and profiles.
- Cloudflare — serves the site and, as any host does, processes the network requests that reach it.
- Resend — delivers email we send you.
- Stripe — processes payments. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Anthropic — generates companion replies, as described above.
- Plausible — counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
Your email stays until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Your My FRQNCY profile stays until you delete it or ask us to. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Aggregate analytics are never tied to you in the first place.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere in a portable form, and object to a use you disagree with. We extend the same rights to everyone regardless of where they live, because drawing that line by geography would be arbitrary.
Every email we send has a working one-click unsubscribe. For anything else, write to hello@frqncy.network. We aim to answer within a few days and will not ask you to justify the request.
Children
FRQNCY is not intended for under-16s and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will date the change at the top and, for anything material, tell subscribers by email rather than quietly editing the page.
