These terms cover using frqncy.network. Plain language, and short — a long agreement nobody reads protects nobody.

Using the site

You may read, link to and quote FRQNCY freely. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your work as FRQNCY's or FRQNCY's as yours.

What we publish, and what it isn't

FRQNCY curates teachings, books, practices and research. We frame practices as experiments to test, never as prescriptions, and that framing is the point rather than a disclaimer.

• Not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures anything. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and do not stop or change treatment because of something you read on this site.
• Not financial advice. Material about money, markets or crypto is educational and historical. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell, and past patterns are a mirror, not a forecast.
• Not legal advice. The same applies to anything touching law or tax.

My FRQNCY, including any chart, reading or companion reply, is offered for reflection. It is not a professional consultation of any kind and should not be used to make decisions you would otherwise take advice on.

Accounts and what you post

If you create an account, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think they have been compromised. You keep ownership of what you write in the community layer; by posting it you give us permission to display and distribute it as part of the platform. We may remove content or suspend an account for harassment, illegal material, spam, or impersonation. FRQNCY does not rank people and does not run leaderboards — that is a design commitment, not a moderation policy, and it will not change.

Money

Where FRQNCY sells something, the price and what you get are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a paid product does not do what we said it would, write to us — we would rather refund you than have you keep something that isn't serving you.

Some outbound links earn FRQNCY a commission. Where that is true we disclose it on the page rather than in a general notice here, because a disclosure you have to hunt for is not a disclosure. A commission never buys a recommendation; our editorial standards decide what appears, and they are published.

Other people's work

Much of what we point to is public domain or openly licensed, and we credit the source and edition. FRQNCY's own writing, design and curation remain ours. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to hello@frqncy.network with the details and we will look at it promptly and remove anything we should not be using.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. To the extent the law allows, FRQNCY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
